The real estate investing website must also allow you to create squeeze pages, or landing pages that convince potential house buyers to give you their name and email to access your wholesale deals or houses for sale.
You then advertise your squeeze page or web site. Once you have properties for sale, you then send them to your buyers list for a quick sale.
2) Local REI meetings
These are really important in that you meet real estate investors that buy and sell houses right in your local market. Always request for their business cards and request to add them to your buyers list.
3) Foreclosure sales
Most foreclosure sales are attended by hundreds of real estate investors. Even if you do not buy houses from these auctions, you meet other real estate investors and exchange business cards.
4) Newspapers
Placing an ad in a local newspaper whenever you have properties for sale is likely to get you buyers fast. I give them my real estate investor website address rather instead of a phone number. They must give me name and email before they can view property details.
5) Online sources
There are many online sources especially listing websites. Start with Craigslist.com. Always send them to your website to view property details and hopefully join your buyers list.
6) Social networking websites
You can reach thousands of real estate investors through Facebook and other real estate investing websites. Whenever you have houses for sale, sharing them in your Facebook or Twitter account is likely to give you a buyer.
